About Women's Health Great Southern

Founded by Drs. Cliff and Lauren Neppe, Women’s Health Great Southern is a specialist women’s health clinic providing high-quality, compassionate care for women at every stage of life. With over 16 years of experience in Perth’s northern corridor, the clinic relocated to Albany in 2025, bringing its trusted services to the region. Now operating from the Albany Specialist Clinic on Middleton Road, Women’s Health Great Southern continues its legacy of excellence in a new community.

The clinic offers a full spectrum of care—from general women’s health and preventative screenings to the multidisciplinary management of complex conditions. Services include well-woman check-ups, cervical screening, contraceptive options such as IUD and Implanon insertions, and dedicated support for menstrual and menopausal health. Dr. Lauren Neppe, a certified colposcopist, also provides in-clinic colposcopy for cervical abnormalities and management of vulval conditions like Lichen Sclerosis and post-menopausal bleeding.

 

Pelvic health is a particular focus, with both non-surgical and surgical treatments available for prolapse and urinary incontinence. These services are delivered through a collaborative approach, involving physiotherapists, psychologists, sex therapists, dietitians, and referring GPs. Strong ties with Fertility Great Southern also enable integrated care for fertility and endometriosis-related concerns.

 

Dr. Cliff Neppe holds surgical privileges at Albany Day Hospital, Albany Health Campus, and Joondalup Private Hospital, with monthly operating sessions in Perth for overnight procedures. He is experienced in a range of surgical techniques—open, laparoscopic, and vaginal—and performs procedures including hysteroscopy, ablation, LLETZ, hysterectomy, and treatment of pelvic and ovarian conditions.
